Boxplot of the RAU values.

Usage

plotRAU(mfi_to_rau_output, location)

Arguments

mfi_to_rau_output

Output from `MFItoRAU()` or `MFItoRAU_Adj()` .

location

"PNG" or "ETH".

Value

Box plots with RAU values for each protein (ggplot).
