.merge_mfitorau(df, layout, plate_level)
Arguments
- df
Data frame following 5-parameter logistic function applied.
- layout
Output from `readPlateLayout()`.
- plate_level
Specific plate of interest.
Value
Processed data frame with correct Sample IDs.
